Bad help
The phone service I paid for was disabled disconnected, but Im still paying for it with no service. Theres nothing else to say Im paying for something I dont have.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I tried to pay my phone bill through Callingmart, and it took the money from my cash app but didn’t pay my phone bill. I had to pay my bill again the next day so they just took $55.99 from me
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Bad buisness Im still impending status . Callingmart has not refunded me my money!
I need a refund of $55.99. How do I go about getting my money back.
So far my overall experience is bad. There noway of contacting these people I really need my money back as soon as possible.

Solicito un reembolso ya que ya efectué el pago con metro pcs, ya que no tenía servicio de internet en el teléfono, ya no necesito que ustedes me cobren pq hoy tuve que llamar a metro PCs y efectuar el pago , gracias eñde antemano necesito que me den respuesta de ese dinero , disculpen las molestias

I called back in November after my mistake was made. It was confirmed by calling Matt with the receipt and conversation number; it was to be refunded to me.
As of December and mid-January, I never received it, so I have been calling again, getting the run around.
But now, at this time, they say they have never made this statement or have never spoken to me at all, and that they never received any money from me. I am certainly pissed now!

I tried to use your service to pay my cell phone bill online however there was a technical issue and I was given a prompt on my phone stating that I would have an instant refund of the $56.10 I was charged for paying my bill through you all, but it has been almost 7 Days down to the minute now and I have yet to receive my refund and the initial transaction is still pending as a debit on my bank account rather than a deposit.
